KraftWerket's 100% plant-based kitchen.

KraftWerket's kitchen is a shared kitchen and functions as a practical culinary laboratory. The kitchen is user-driven and aims to support budding food creators and new gastronomic expressions.

The kitchen is food-approved(fødevaregodkendt) and 100% plant-based.

In the top-tuned industrial settings, vegan gastronomic ideas can be tested, developed, and produced. The kitchen was renovated in 2020 and is fully equipped with refrigeration, freezing, industrial dishwasher, industrial oven, and gas stove. The kitchen is adjacent to Plenum, where there is space for approximately 60 diners at long tables.

On Tuesdays and Sundays, KraftWerket hosts two regular food communities, KraftWerket's Folkekøkken and One Bowl Community Kitchen.
