We are a kitchen run by students from Japan, and spreading the charm of Japanese home cooking.

Goya-Chanpuru is a dish from Okinawa, the island in the most southern part of Japan.

"Chanpuru" is a dialect from Okinawa meaning a mixture of various things. In the dish, Goya (bitter gourd) and other vegetables are stair-fried with tofu and some seasonings. It is the most popular dish using the vegetable Goya which has a unique bitter flavor. The dish is loved also outside of the region of Okinawa, and often appears in home cooking or school meals.

Japanese tea (Ban cha) and dessert (Dango) will also be served.

Our menus are all made of plant based ingredients.
