Japansk Gyoza Køkken
Velkommen til Kitchen boiboi!
We are a kitchen ran by student from Japan, and spreading the charm of Japanese home cooking by holding a workshop showing the recipe & how to use the unique seasonings.
This week we are going to cook a delicious Japanese-style Gyoza.
Gyoza is a crispy fried dumplings with a juicy and flavorful filling of vegetables, mushrooms and tofu inside. The most fun part of making them is wrapping the fillings in the skin and making the crimps! Miso and Soy sauce are used for seasoning, and the dish is eaten together with a dip made of soy sauce and vinegar with a hint of chili sauce.
The dish will be served with some rice and miso-soup in a Teishoku style, which is a typical set meal in Japan. Also, Japanese tea (Sencha) and Shiratama-mochi will be served as a dessert.
Cook & eat workshop starts from 6pm.
It is also possible to just come to eat any time after 7pm.
