Mapo Tofu Køkken
We will hold a workshop cooking Mapo Tofu.
The main ingredient of it is Tofu, and it is seasoned by Douban sauce which gives a nice spicy taste. Though Mapo Tofu is spicier in the original Chinese recipe, it evolved into a milder taste using miso and mirin in the Japanese home cooking. You can see how to use the seasonings too cook the dish with all the ingredients available in Copenhagen.
Furthermore, the most wee-known green tea which is called Sencha, and a Japanese dessert called Warabi-mochi which has a distinctive texture between jelly and mochi will be served.
It is a perfect opportunity to experience new recipes from Asian culture, while enjoying talking and cooking together!
