We are a kitchen run by students from Japan, and spreading the charm of Japanese home cooking by holding a workshop showing the recipe & how to use the unique seasonings.

This week will be a Onigiri Workshop 🍙🥢

Onigiri, also known as a rice ball, is a traditional Japanese food made by shaping cooked rice into a triangle shape. They are often wrapped in nori seaweed and can have various fillings such as pickled plum (umeboshi), pickled vegetables (Tsukemono), or kelp. Due to its convenience and portability, it is a great option for picnics, travel, or a quick meal on a busy day.

At the workshop, also some miso soup, Japanese green tea (Ban cha) and Mizu Manju as a dessert will be served.

Our menus are all made of plant based ingredients.
