BOIBOI KITCHEN SPECIAL! Let's make Udon and Dango from scratch

Velkommen til Kitchen boiboi!
We are a kitchen run by students from Japan, and spreading the charm of Japanese home cooking by holding a workshop showing the recipe & how to use the unique seasonings.

This week will be a special workshop making traditional noodle Udon and sweet dumplings Dango from scratch.

Udon is a noodle commonly eaten in Japan. It is made from wheat flour, and it is thick and soft compared to other kinds of noodles. Various types of soup and toppings exists, traditional and new, also regional specialties.

Dango is a sweet dumpling made from rice flour. It is similar to mochi, but has a more chewy texture. They also can have many different flavors and toppings which gives a colorful and cute appearance to the desserts. Classical flavors are for instance, Mitarashi (sweet soy glaze) and Red bean paste.

Several kinds of Japanese tea will also be served.

Our menus are all made of plant based ingredients.
