Sushi night

Velkommen til Kitchen boiboi!

We are a kitchen run by students from Japan, and spreading the charm of Japanese home cooking by holding a workshop showing the recipe & how to use the unique seasonings.

This week we are finally making Sushi, probably the most well-known Japanese dish.
We will be making Maki-zushi (Sushi rolls), which is full of flavor, colorful, and most importantly exciting to make! All the ingredients are plant based, and you can choose your favorite fillings from various options and create your own Maki-zushi.
There will also be Japanese green tea, Sencha, and Japanese dessert Dango in three different flavors (plain, Matcha and LICORICE!) to make the Japanese night a perfect one.

Cook & eat workshop starts at 6pm. It is also possible to just come to eat. We will start eating at about 7pm.
